Reliable transportation is required. Many of our clients live in areas where Uber, rideshare, and bus routes are not easily accessible, particularly in the more remote locations of Redding. Caregivers must be able to travel independently to and from assignments to ensure consistent and reliable care.

- Minimum 3 years caregiving experience (private duty, assisted living, memory care, or home care)
- CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred
- Reliable transportation — required (see note above)
- Valid driver’s license strongly preferred
- Ability to pass background check
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
