About the Role
Sheraton Caregivers is hiring skilled, reliable, and engaging caregivers with 3+ years of professional experience for consistent 8–12 hour shifts in Danbury, CT.
These assignments require a true white glove standard of care — demanding the highest level of professionalism, ethics, and compassion. Whether supporting clients in private homes or assisted living communities, the focus is always on delivering care that combines safety, attentive support, and meaningful companionship with an engaging and respectful presence.

The Ideal Caregiver Will:
  • Have 3+ years of professional caregiving experience
  • Provide safe mobility assistance and ADL support with dignity and respect
  • Be reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent care
  • Offer meaningful companionship and conversation to engaged clients
  • Demonstrate ethics, discretion, and trustworthiness at all times
Critical Characteristic – Transportation
Reliable transportation is required. Many of our clients in Danbury and surrounding areas live in locations not easily served by Uber, rideshare, or public transit. Caregivers must be able to travel independently to ensure consistent and dependable care.

Hiring Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years caregiving experience (private duty, assisted living, memory care, or home care)
  • CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred
  • Reliable transportation — required
  • Valid driver’s license strongly preferred
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
