The Ideal Caregiver Will:
- Have 3+ years of professional caregiving experience
- Provide safe mobility assistance and ADL support with dignity and respect
- Be reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent care
- Offer meaningful companionship and conversation to engaged clients
- Demonstrate ethics, discretion, and trustworthiness at all times

Hiring Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years caregiving experience (private duty, assisted living, memory care, or home care)
- CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred
- Reliable transportation — required
- Valid driver’s license strongly preferred
- Ability to pass background check
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
