Mobile Care & Response Specialist (Company Vehicle Provided)

Location: Westport, CT
Part-Time | Guaranteed 25 Hours Per Week

We are hiring a Mobile Care & Response Specialist to support our clients and caregivers in real time. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role for someone dependable, adaptable, and ready to step in when it matters most.


Schedule Options (Choose One Shift)
This is a part-time position with guaranteed 25 hours per week, working 5 days per week with rotating weekends.
Morning Shift:
6:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Evening Shift:
4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Schedules are provided in advance whenever possible; however, flexibility during scheduled shifts is required to meet urgent care needs.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $20–$22/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
Transportation & Rapid Response
  • Transport caregivers to client homes for urgent or same-day coverage
  • Ensure timely arrivals and efficient routing
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle
Important: This role involves frequent driving throughout Fairfield County. At times, you may be on the road for over an hour transporting caregivers between assignments.
Caregiver Coverage (Hands-On Care)
When needed, you will step in to provide:
  • Personal care (ADLs)
  • Companionship and supervision
  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Coverage for open shifts due to call-outs or scheduling gaps

Operational Support
  • Assist with supply deliveries and document drop-offs/pickups
  • Support light administrative tasks during downtime

Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable driving for extended periods throughout the day
  • Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred
  • Strong reliability and punctuality (attendance is critical)
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
