We are hiring a Mobile Care & Response Specialist to support our clients and caregivers in real time. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role for someone dependable, adaptable, and ready to step in when it matters most.
Schedule Options (Choose One Shift)
This is a part-time position with guaranteed 25 hours per week, working 5 days per week with rotating weekends.
Morning Shift:
6:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Evening Shift:
4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Schedules are provided in advance whenever possible; however, flexibility during scheduled shifts is required to meet urgent care needs.

What You’ll Do
Transportation & Rapid Response
- Transport caregivers to client homes for urgent or same-day coverage
- Ensure timely arrivals and efficient routing
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle
Caregiver Coverage (Hands-On Care)
When needed, you will step in to provide:
- Personal care (ADLs)
- Companionship and supervision
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Coverage for open shifts due to call-outs or scheduling gaps
Operational Support
- Assist with supply deliveries and document drop-offs/pickups
- Support light administrative tasks during downtime
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving for extended periods throughout the day
- Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Strong reliability and punctuality (attendance is critical)
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
